IS THIS AQUA AEROBICS?

No, whilst a few activities may be similar, these sessions are designed to address posture, strength, movement patterns and specific fitness goals of participants.
Some sessions have two instructors to allow for plenty of individual feedback, instruction and tailoring of activities to specific needs.

DO I NEED TO KNOW HOW TO SWIM?

No swimming skills are needed. We use noodles and other floatation devices in the sessions. If you'd like, we could  incorporate it as part of your warm-up or warm-down.

DO I NEED TO BE AT A CERTAIN ATHLETIC LEVEL TO TRAIN WITH AQUASPARKE?

No, it's for everyone. Drills and activities are designed for overall strength, mobility and fitness.
If you have a specific sport or activity, we will tailor the program to meet those needs.

DO I NEED A LEVEL OF FITNESS TO ALLOW ME TO GET VALUE FROM TRAINING WITH AQUASPARKE?

No. We set the challenge from where you are at now. It is not a “one size fits all” program.

IS IT DESIGNED FOR A SPECIFIC AGE GROUP?

No. All ages are welcome.
Two digit ages preferred, so get into it before you’re 100.

CAN I TEAM UP WITH A GROUP OF FRIENDS AND BOOK A SESSION?

Yes, that is a great way to get started and maintain motivation.
