TRAINING FOR LIFE

Deep water running – there is no impact on the joints therefore it is suitable for people with arthritis or joint mobility issues. AquaSparke is a training mode which reduces weight bearing load. It provides a unique method of exercise like no other.
Improves health and fitness and enhances cardio-vascular efficiency.
Improves flexibility and balance – especially important as you age.
Improves strength and mobility – the strength exercises are beneficial for overall body health and well being.
Suitable for those with little or no exercise background.
Designed to address specific muscle imbalance and improve joint stability.
Where rehabilitation exercise has been prescribed and/or recommended, in particular where weight bearing activity is not appropriate. This includes return from knee and hip surgery. 
This method is the perfect balance of strength and conditioning, a workout which will help you to get stronger while feeling and looking fitter.
All ages– I have worked with clients from 15 through to 92 years of age.
